An early harvest started in August, the grapes were very healthy even though we barely made treatments this year. The fermentations took place at their natural rhythm, as always in biodynamics!! They are now completed.
The first blending session gave us a glimpse of a vintage that will be one based on fruit and roundness . We hope to finalize this week in order to plan our next bottling
At the same time we have begun the long pruning period …
For us, the year 2021 was marked by 2 painful episodes: some frost in the Spring on the lower part of the estate and a significant hailstorm in August… Despite this, we were able to achieve elegant and lively rosé wines and powerful reds, unfortunately the quantity is a little lacking!!!
